About Our Coffees

Our single origin coffees rotate seasonally, meaning we bring on new coffees depending on what’s fresh and in season. We then roast the coffee until it runs out and is replaced by a new, fresh offering.
But keep an eye out for your favorites to make a re-appearance, as we like to feature the same coffees year after year, whenever possible!

The short answer: sometimes! However, we focus on traceability and quality over certifications when sourcing our coffees.
We want to know exactly where your coffee comes from—down to the specific village, farm, and farmer. This means that we’re usually sourcing coffees from small, independent farms or co-ops who often times can’t afford the expensive fair trade and organic certifications.
But you can rest assured that your coffee is ethically sourced (we’re usually paying 2-3x the Fair Trade minimums) and grown with the intentionality and care required to produce the quality standards we uphold.

We recommend enjoying your coffee within six weeks of the roast date.
Fresher is generally better, but we do find that many of our lighter roast single origin coffees really start to shine a couple weeks off roast.
We recommend storing your coffee in the original packaging with the zipper closed, or transferring it to an airtight container.
Freezing the coffee is ok for long term storage, and we don’t recommend storing coffee in the fridge.

About Your Order

Your coffee will be roasted and shipped within one business day of your order being placed. Shipping times vary, but you’ll typically see your coffee at your door 1-3 days after it ships.

Yes we do! All of our year-round Signature Series coffees have the option to turn your order into a recurring subsription.
Because our single origin Seasonal Selections are only available for limited times, you can sign up for a rotating Seasonal Selection subscription where you'll receive fresh new coffees as they arrive through the seasons.Visit our shop page to get started!
