When you like it dark you like it dark. So go ahead and add cream. Sprinkle in some sugar. We roast this coffee to stand up to any amount of accessorizing, or to be enjoyed just as it is. It's got the intensity you're looking for, but with low acidity and a pleasantly sweet finish.

Perfect Dark is made up of coffees from South America. These growing regions are famous for producing coffees that carry these classic flavor profiles that produce a deep and rich flavor during the roasting process. Using coffees from this region allows us to produce a flavor profile in a dark roast that carries much more depth and sweetness than many other dark roasts. Unlike many dark roast coffees, all of the coffees found in this blend of coffee are specialty grade and roasted with the utmost precision and care in Midland, MI.
